Description

I asked *stalk If I could colour in his sketch of the Arbiter and Master Cheif, and I was given permission!!I had so much fun woring on this and I think it turned out pretty good! I loved inking it in and painting it! 4 hours spent on this picture in total, used GIMP Ver. 4.
