Hurray! The next picture!!

So now I'm gonna let you guys in on a little secert. The girl IS a forerunner, and the necklace she is wearing is what the UNSC is after.
My friend ~dragonlover030393 had figured this out from the previous image. Hurray!

Okay. Heres a little story snipit for you guys!

"Sir! She's gonna jump!" The poilet shouted out in alarm. The man standing behind him cringed, they both watched in utter horror as the young girl leapt over the edge of the scy scraper.
"Fly around the building. We'll retrive the Key out of the mess when she lands on the ground." The man turned around and made his way to the back of the Pelican.

Adreline pumped through her veins. She had only been falling for a few moments, but they felt like eternities. Right before she hit the ground, she sent out a small field of energy to slow her descent. It crashed under her into a million crystaline shards. The civilians around her gaped in shock, a young mother standing a few feet away from her shielded her sons eyes. Then, the mass panic ensued.
Not more then a few seconds later the girl was back on her feet, dodging people, still trying to escape her chasers.
